What you'll do:
- Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual review of financial statements according to IFRS
- Take an active part in continuous improvement finance projects (data correctness, cost allocation, ERP implementation) by proposing new solutions to move these initiatives forward
- Contribute to ensuring accurate and reliable accounting data
- Act as a finance business partner to all other areas of the business to support them in any finance-related topic they might need help with
- Provide insightful analyses regarding sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency by identifying trends, drivers and explaining variances
- Analyze the impact of business actions on financial results and suggest ways to tackle identified roadblocks
- Support in setting goals to steer the company and follow up on their progress
Who we're looking for:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting
- Basic knowledge of accounting, controlling knowledge is a plus
- Proven MS Excel is a must
- Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization
- Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and pragmatism
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn, flexibility and resilience
