  • Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual review of financial statements according to IFRS
  • Take an active part in continuous improvement finance projects (data correctness, cost allocation, ERP implementation) by proposing new solutions to move these initiatives forward
  • Contribute to ensuring accurate and reliable accounting data
  • Act as a finance business partner to all other areas of the business to support them in any finance-related topic they might need help with
  • Provide insightful analyses regarding sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency by identifying trends, drivers and explaining variances
  • Analyze the impact of business actions on financial results and suggest ways to tackle identified roadblocks
  • Support in setting goals to steer the company and follow up on their progress

Who we're looking for:
  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, controlling knowledge is a plus
  • Proven MS Excel is a must
  • Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization
  • Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and pragmatism
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to learn, flexibility and resilience
